Our top level group training is designed for the serious players who are ready to take their performance to the elite level and become college or professional athletes in the future. Our advanced academy program will provide the tools you need to help you reach your full potential and play at any level you wish to reach. Our Advanced Academy includes weekly trainings consisting of: -Football specific warm ups + injury prevention exercises -Performance training -Skills & ball mastery training -1st touch, passing, receiving, dribbling, & finishing. -1v1, 2v2, 3v3, & 4v4 & 5v5 games -Game-like scenarios to improve decision making, awareness and football IQ -Football career guidance/planning -Goal setting -Health, wellness & nutrition tips Membership includes all the Advanced Academy sessions for the month.
